Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to tenants and visitors.
