Employees must be able to safely operate vehicles, equipment, or machinery, including street-legal golf carts and company vehicles, communicate effectively in person and by phone or other devices, read and interpret printed or electronic materials, and occasionally perform computer-based work requiring repetitive hand and wrist movement. The role routinely requires lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials, equipment, and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as working in indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather and environmental conditions, including noisy, confined, elevated, or low-ventilation spaces.
