Performs general preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, and repairs various equipment and systems such as, but not limited to, pneumatic tube system, laboratory gas systems, air pumps, compressors, vacuum pumps, alarm panels, valves, gauges, water purification systems, refrigeration systems, sterilizers, lab instruments, kitchen appliances, etc. Major Responsibilities: Performs preventive maintenance as scheduled on the pneumatic tube systems throughout various buildings including underground between buildings, as well as repair on regular schedules and emergency situations.
