Support students in selecting events, developing original speeches or debate cases, conducting research, structuring arguments, and refining delivery and rebuttal skills for participation in local tournaments and other authentic performance opportunities. Speech and Debate Major: Lead YPIE’s Speech and Debate Major, developing and facilitating engaging lessons in public speaking, speech writing, research, argumentation, critical thinking, debate case development, delivery, and rebuttal skills.
