<h3>Job Summary</h3>The Final Quality Control (FQC) Inspector verifies that production processes and finished products comply with the requirements of the Quality System and applicable regulations.<h3>General Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct quality control operations on finished products according to customer requirements and the quality management system.</li><li>Identify, record, and report any unfavorable quality trends or risk conditions in products or processes.</li><li>Notify the supervisor of any deviations from established Quality Standards.</li><li>Correct and record all quality problems when non-conformities are detected.</li><li>Maintain processes in case of errors (e.g., wrong or damaged material) and notify the material control supervisor immediately.</li><li>Assist with necessary tests for products or processes to start production.</li><li>Assist in Process Audits.</li></ul><h3>Experience / Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role.</li><li>Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.</li><li>Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.</li><li>Accountability in achieving goals and standards.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).</li></ul><h3>Additional Job Description</h3><ul><li>Must be able to train on 1st shift hours (5:30 am to 2:00 pm) before being released to 2nd shift (approx. 4-8 weeks).</li><li>Must be able to work 2nd Shift hours (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm) after completing training successfully.</li></ul>This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
