Nature of Duties/Responsibilities: • Evaluates, dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings • Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts • Performs all repairs of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical parts for SMT and other Robotic assembly equipment • Repairs all support equipment including conveyors and soldering robotics • Troubleshoots issues in work cells containing as many as 5 integrated machines • Created spare parts lists and preventive maintenance procedures • Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment • Performs general building maintenance and other duties as assigned.
