Due to the nature of construction and trade activity on site, all employees may encounter hazards that could include but not limited to: excessive noise, extreme heat or cold temperatures, vibration, moving equipment, scaffolding, protected and unprotected openings under construction, odors, mists, gases, chemicals, electrical equipment, exposure to oils and other liquids, poorly ventilated areas that may require the use of a mask or respirator, CO2 and NO2, air pollutants, hot work to include torches and welding, open excavations, and other unknown conditions.
