In addition, the Community Manager supervises and supports the onsite team, including Leasing Agents, Assistant Managers, and Maintenance staff, ensuring strong curb appeal, timely unit turns, and responsive work order completion. This role oversees all key functions, including HUD Section 8 and Tax Credit programs, rental applications, rent collections, annual recertifications, compliance, reporting, and file management.
