A Day in the Life: The essential functions of this role are as follows: Diagnoses electronic engine control systems (e.g., engine control modules, anti-lock brake systems, medium and heavy-duty automatic transmission engine control modules) using scan tools, laptop computers, and available software. Our heavy equipment (snow-fighting vehicles, dump trucks, lift trucks, paving equipment, excavating equipment, tractors), light vehicles (roadside trucks), and essential equipment (weed eaters, chainsaws, and other motorized equipment) are the backbone of our daily operations.
