Responsibilities include assisting with change management documentation, reconciling entry/exit logs and hardware baseline lists, updating software baselines and system diagrams, and contributing to audits, continuous monitoring, and incident response activities using tools such as STIG, SCAP, Splunk, Trellix, and Nessus.
