They will execute all required tasks including, but not limited to Assembler I roles (PW2, Flex, and Lean), Assembler II roles (PW2, Flex, and Lean), identify and collect needed materials for assemblies, assembly, wire, customer service orders, PXM assembly and testing, power modules, sub-assemblies (PW2, Flex, and Lean), rework, and preparation for shipment. After making a conditional offer and running a background check, if Eaton is concerned about conviction that is directly related to the job, you will be given the chance to explain the circumstances surrounding the conviction, provide mitigating evidence, or challenge the accuracy of the background report.
