This position requires demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of set construction, including power tool use and welding, maintenance and instruction of safety protocols in the shop, manage rental property within and external to WTAMU, assisting with the planning, purchase and acquisition of required materials in cooperation with the technical director, to attend department and program production meetings, and manage student employees working in the scene shop. Three (3) years of related experience in theatre (and/or production) shop management and demonstrated experience working on set construction, management of shop workers and understanding of safety protocols.
