Qualified candidates possess a high school diploma/GED (trade certification or 1–2 years of hands on maintenance experience preferred), can work independently and efficiently, demonstrate basic critical thinking and problem solving abilities, and are proficient with hand/power tools and basic electrical/mechanical systems. Follows work orders and or other general instructions, conducts inspections, logs completed work, and offers limited janitorial support (e.g., trash removal, floor cleaning) when workload permits or support is required.
