Job requires the person to bend, stoop and squat, crouch, crawl, climb into and out of vehicles, forklifts, ascend / descend ladders; twist, kneel, balance and reach. Under the general direction of the Facilities Maintenance Leader, this individual is responsible for safe, efficient operation and maintenance of buildings and systems including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and security.
