The successful candidate will perform coating thickness measurements, adhesion testing, gloss and color evaluations, cure verification, corrosion testing, and quality inspections while working closely with production, operations, and quality teams to support continuous improvement and product excellence. Candidates should be comfortable working around coil coating lines, paint systems, testing equipment, and production personnel while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
