Familiarity with occupational exposures that may include ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, asbestos, crystalline silica, inorganic lead, inorganic arsenic, hydrogen fluoride or hydrofluoric acid, HAZWOPER or HAZMAT work, chromium VI, and other dusts, fumes, gases, or vapors. Depending on the selected level, this position works under direct or general supervision to help ensure that monitoring, controls, and processes used to reduce and control chemical, biological, and physical hazards comply with approved procedures, policies, contractual and operational requirements, safety guidelines, DOE Orders, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
