This position directly leads a team of four and manages the full IT ecosystem, including ERP (NetSuite), CRM, iPaaS, eCommerce platforms, EDI, PCI compliance, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, desktop support, analytics, and automation initiatives. Headquartered in Waukegan, IL, this is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for providing daily direction, prioritization, and execution across Luxor's IT architecture, systems, capabilities, and support.
