The FP&A Manager leads a team of analysts and serves as a strategic financial partner to Operations, Merchandising, Fuel, and other departments to drive performance improvement, capital allocation decisions, and data-driven decision making. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role oversees the development of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, long-range planning models, and board-level financial presentations.
