Huntsville Hospital is the region’s primary referral center for advanced and specialty care, home to a specialized Orthopedic & Spine Tower, a Level III Regional Neonatal ICU and North Alabama’s Level I Trauma Center. AICU receives a variety of patients that includes primarily critical Medical patients, but also Antepartum, Postpartum, GYN Oncology, GYN, ENT, and any adult patient at WC that requires intensive monitoring.
