Responsibilities include monitoring post-operative recovery, obtaining and recording vital signs, observing for side effects, managing pain and nausea, administering medications, updating electronic medical records, and educating patients and families on post-surgical care. Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district 2 years recent PACU/Preoperative and ICU experience BSN highly desired.
