The employee must be able to move about street work sites and job locations; operate heavy equipment and hand tools, including rollers, dump trucks, backhoes, front-end loaders, skid steers, jackhammers, and drills; and communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and crew members being directed regarding assigned tasks and equipment use. Afterhours Support: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours, weekend, and holiday inspection needs, including emergency situations ensuring a timely response and continuity of service outside normal business hours.
