PURPOSEThe Production Supervisor is responsible for the areas of planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling the Production Department in support of the Production Department/Indianapolis Factory Mission: ESSENTIAL DUTIESSafety. While the production facility is temperature controlled, the work environment may expose employees to noise, heat, open flame, cold, dust, lubricants and/or solvents.
