Experience in appliance manufacturing, HVAC equipment manufacturing, furnace, boiler or water heater manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, electrical wiring and schematic interpretation, industrial equipment manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing engineering support- Ability to read assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. - Ability to work in a manufacturing environment- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work around production equipment- Ability to safely perform light to moderate physical tasks- Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred.
