Partner with divisions and offices, the Office of Technology, the Chief Procurement Officer, and the Chief Human Resources Officer to develop well-supported budget requests; ensure program budgets are formulated and executed in alignment with organizational priorities and established criteria; and support ad hoc analysis, technology cost management, workforce forecasting, and long-term business and financial planning. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Chief Budget Officer will serve as the enterprise process owner for the full budget lifecycle and related recurring requirements under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Budget Rule, including budget formulation, forecasting, presentation, execution, and justification.
