Monitor, maintain and repair equipment as needed, including: cooling towers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, boilers, heat exchangers, HVAC systems- split and package units and water cooled systems. The Operations Engineer will be qualified to operate or assist in operating all heating and ventilating equipment, engines, motors, combustion engines, pumps, air compressors, air conditioning units, fans and siphons on the site assigned.
