One year of maintenance experience such as: Basic electrical, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, basic equipment operation, building trades, or construction experience to include any combination of the following: welding, pipefitting, plumbing, concrete, basic electrical, carpentry, heavy equipment operation, and use of hand/power tools. Completes listed out-sourced training as available to include (within 6 months): ESTI Safety Orientation, Skid Steer Loader, Forklift, Material Handler, Man Lift, Iron Worker, Riding Mowers, and Mule.
