This role will be responsible for providing substantive support to attorneys and supervising paralegals in the management of emerging company, venture capital financing, and other corporate matters, while executing substantive legal and procedural tasks in support of emerging company, venture capital financing, and general corporate matters, taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables. We’d love to hear from you if you: Possess proficiency with the firm’s technologies and resources, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, document management systems, and other legal office applications, with the ability to efficiently complete assigned work, learn new tools, and independently troubleshoot routine technology issues.
