The primary responsibility of the Processing Technician is to operate processing equipment to include dry bean unloading, hydrovey systems, dewatering belts and reels, destoners, blanchers, grinders, mix kettles, sauté kettles, and vegetable mixing. Maintain accurate documentation of daily reports; forklift checklists, chemical usage logs, product spill logs; process time and temperatures, pressures, settings, batches, and deviations.
