As the Program Operations Coordinator you will create and review procedures that maximize computer up time while minimizing cost. In this role, you will also handle the experience and support the strategic direction for Core Enablement functions within the company.This role is open to candidates based remotely anywhere in the USPay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you'll do on a typical day: <ul><li>Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate delivery to ensure Data Center capacity and company requirements are met in a timely manner.</li><li>Provide dedicated program management support, including deployment issue resolution, program performance monitoring, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li><li>Ensure maximum efficiency and optimization in rack integration and hardware movement to ensure attainment of operational success, efficiency, and quality goals.</li><li>Properly monitor critical infrastructure shipments to ensure on-time accurate, and satisfactory deliveries; troubleshoot and resolve supply chain discrepancies as needed.</li><li>Communicate with Engineering, Core Enablement functional workstream owners, and the management team to ensure achievement of technical deployment goals and objectives.</li><li>Handle stakeholder expectations and provide recommendations for ML infrastructure strategic initiatives and long-range goals.</li><li>Identify strategies to increase asset utilization from internal clients and/or to better manage existing rack space opportunities.</li><li>Correctly enter data into the Data Center applicable applications/programs tools and maintain/generate required reports.</li><li>Properly process, audit, and file various documentation related to Core Enablement activities.</li><li>Support a Lean culture within the server staging and data center workflow.</li></ul>Travel Requirements: <ul><li>Ability to travel up to 75% of the</li><li>Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport to comply with federal travel regulations.</li><li>Familiarity and ability to comply with TSA security procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to travel domestically via road, rail and air as required for the role and pursuant to Company travel and expense requirements.</li></ul>What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you'll need: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.</li></ul>It'd be great if you also have: <ul><li>2 years of experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain.</li><li>Project management experience and knowledge of the high-density server/rack vertical.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software.</li><li>A highly organized and detail-oriented work style with a proactive and professional attitude.</li><li>Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills; able to be conclusive, results-oriented, and strategic in thinking regarding technical constraints.</li><li>The ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality when appropriate, produce accurate output, and meet deadlines.</li><li>The ability to build and maintain effective, reciprocal work relationships within and outside of the company (specifically with Infrastructure teams).</li></ul>This job requires the ability to: <ul><li>Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights</li><li>Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time</li><li>Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel</li><li>Handle or manage tools or equipment</li><li>Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments</li></ul>We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world. Materials may be moved from racks, skids, or carts.</li><li>Maintain organization and inventory of product within department.</li><li>Understand and implement required procedures (ISO standard documents).</li><li>Oversee and maintain a clean work area as well as any other area which may be assigned to Finished Goods according to our 5S standards.</li><li>Report any and all safety concerns to the Supervisor or Manager.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Assist in day-to-day department operations as requested.</li></ul>Education and/or Experience:<ul><li>Previous Oracle experience a plus</li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications (ie. Outlook, Excel, Word)</li><li>Knowledge of material moving equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies. Knowledge of forklifts and reach trucks a plus. Interest in getting certified for forklift operation highly desired.</li><li>Must have good communications skills (Simple math, Write legibly)</li><li>Must be able to work individually and as a team in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Must be able to follow established procedures, and work under the direction of the supervisor</li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time</li><li>Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Regularly perform repetitive tasks.</li><li>Work is primarily standing (90 + % of the shift) except for lunch and break periods.</li><li>Shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours.</li><li>The duties of this job normally require exposure to a typical manufacturing environment.
