Essential Functions: Responsible for, but not limited to, work assignment delegation, team member assistance and proper technical support and guidance for operations on aerospace parts or products all processes related to aerospace paint, masking, and surface prep work requirements to include but not limited to performance-based gap filler, aero-fairing, scrim/applique, fastener filler, thin film, coatings, primer and topcoat materials. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree with 7 years' experience in an aerospace, automotive, military, manufacturing, maintenance and/or related environment OR High School Diploma/GED with 11 years' experience in an aerospace, automotive, military, manufacturing, maintenance and/or related environment; additional education may be considered in lieu of experience.
