To be considered for this opportunity, the following competencies are required: Journey-Level Trade Knowledge and Application: Demonstrated journey-level knowledge, skills, and ability to independently perform skilled work in a recognized construction or mechanical trade, such as steel fabrication, carpentry, electrical, concrete, mechanics, millwright work, or closely related trade.
