Serves as an engaged resource for the team to assist with client requests to add or modify TPS services including input of enrollment forms, troubleshooting in partnership with operations and partnering with sales and/or product to have efficiency process in the implementation of associated services. Builds strong relationships with business unit partners including sales, operations, legal, compliance, risk management, audit, customer care, front-line bankers to ensure timely and efficient delivery to commercial customers.
