You'll partner closely with Senior HR Business Partners to deliver a world class day-to-day experience for employees and managers, with a strong focus on employee relations and building the coaching capability of our first-line and mid-level managers. Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to help draft manager communications, summarize employee relations notes, prep for coaching conversations, and speed up policy research and first-pass answers, always with a human review before anything goes to an employee or manager.
