This role is on 1st shift, Wed & Sat 7a-5p and Thur & Fri 8a-7p Key Areas of Responsibility<ul><li>Accurately inspects, separates, slots, and packages all label/print products</li><li>Insures all quality control standards are being maintained.</li><li>Uses ERP system to log time and materials accurately.</li><li>Ensures all shipments are completed and all packages are shipped to the correct person/place as directly by the daily job schedule or as instructed by Lead, Supervisor, job ticket or customer special instructions. </li><li>Communicate problems or quality issues due to printing, laminating or shipping errors to the appropriate individuals. </li><li>Double check all shipments leaving the production facility for any errors before arriving to the customer.</li><li>May communicate with courier companies and drivers about delays in shipping, special courier deliveries, and other issues that may affect customer deliveries. </li><li>Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area, uses required PPE, and follows all safety rules and procedures. </li><li>May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by management.</li><li>Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.</li><li>Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.</li><li>Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications Physical Demands<ul><li>Stands 2/3 to full time on the shift daily.</li><li>Uses hands and fingers to handle, and feel 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.</li><li>Reaches with hands and arms 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.</li><li>Lifts 50 pounds 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.</li><li>Requires close vision (clear vision at 20-inches or less).</li><li>Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors). </li></ul> Additional Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li><li>Ability to embody and reflect Vestcom's core values: </li></ul> Supervisory Responsibilities None. Responsibilities:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Under general supervision, perform a variety of tasks requiring a good working knowledge of assembly techniques, materials, tools, machines and equipment, including, but not limited to: folding, assembling, labeling, laying or rolling stock, inspecting, cutting, and/or boxing, at efficiency standards dictated by the department.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Immediately report to supervisor or group leader any unusual material, equipment problems or work conditions that would hinder operations, represents deviations from quality standards, good manufacturing practices or adversely affects safety standards.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Work from product specifications or manuals to insure a quality product.  Inspect work as needed.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Perform simple, routine and repetitive tasks using standard procedures.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Maintain housekeeping in assigned work area at all times of line stoppage during production runs and at the end of the shift.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Perform all duties safely, wearing required personal protective equipment, such as: gloves, apron, and safety glasses, back support, etc.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Observe all safety rules and immediately report hazards to the supervisor.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Be punctual and at work daily.</li></ul>Follow all company rules and regulations, per the Employee Handbook or department policy. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
