Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities Support payroll accounting, including journal entries and related reconciliations Supports preparation of monthly financial package and reviews for accuracy Actively participates in monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close process Supports internal and external auditors requests and inquiries Performs ad-hoc analysis as needed using various reports and statements Works cross-functionally with other departments to resolve discrepancies in account balances Performs necessary functions to ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Controls over relevant processes Participates in monthly financial meetings for discussion and review of monthly financial reports Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls to increase efficiency and accuracy Other duties as assigned.
