Responsible for the set-up and operation of Fin Tube machines ( understanding tube types, material dimensions, identifying of defects, understanding tube structure to identify condenser/boiler conformance or nonconformance) to achieve a series of progressive milling operations, while holding precise tolerances and finishing requirements per customer drawings. This role is primarily responsible for (operation, housekeeping and other functional attributes) of the Fin Tube milling centers, creating product for quality review, the preparation and review of material scans for the start of production, conducting quality check during production, and assigned tasks also include operation of the Overhead crane as needed.
