p>Current and legal Drivers License; Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and ladders; Demonstrated ability to follow procedures directed by work orders, peers and/or supervisor;
Working knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, Internet based systems and electronic work order system(s);
Ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision;
Demonstrated ability to adequately communicate (written and oral) with employees and external parties, as necessary;
Knowledge of the work hazards and applicable safety precautions associated with the area of work assignment. • Call local authorities should trespassers or wrongdoers need removed from the area; • Provide assistance to individuals on campus as needed; • Communicate facilities-related matters and concerns to management as appropriate; • Complete all assigned safety and training programs; • Maintain a safe working environment; • Complete reports and document all incidents/activities during shifts in accordance with SOPs/Manuals/Guidelines; • Sustain the highest levels of professional conduct and customer service maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor; • May be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
