Web Development & Site Management: Conceptualize, develop, and maintain websites and microsites for ACCS projects and marketing initiatives, Build, update, and maintain responsive, accessible web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Develop and maintain reusable components within the organization's CMS platforms (WordPress, SharePoint, or other CMS systems), Perform day-to-day website maintenance including navigation updates, browser compatibility testing, and quality control for internal and external content, Refresh website content regularly to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with institutional messaging, Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website content, links, layouts, order flows, registration flows, CMS functionality, and transaction logs, Monitor website uptime and coordinate with IT to maintain server availability as close to 100% as possible, Optimize site performance through clean code, image optimization, caching strategies, and SEO-friendly practices. Technical & Administrative Support: Manage CMS user permissions and provide support or training to internal content editors, Coordinate with IT on hosting, security updates, and system integrations, Support integrations with third-party platforms such as CRM systems, form builders, chatbots, event platforms, and marketing tools, Maintain an inventory of photos and digital assets used on websites and publishing projects, Examine submitted images and materials to determine suitability for web or print publishing, Prepare electronic files for proofing, presentation, and final print production when needed, Document processes, code snippets, and workflows to support team knowledge and operational continuity.
