You will partner with day shift leadership to keep the facility running cleanly across the 24-hour cycle, drive labor efficiency without sacrificing quality or safety, and develop your supervisors into the next generation of ReturnPro operations leaders. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will own night-shift execution across receiving, grading, testing, refurbishment, return-to-vendor, and fulfillment, leading a team of departmental supervisors to hit production, quality, and safety targets every shift.
