A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relatingfield such as Elementary Education, Child Development and Special Education, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education such as early childhood development, early literacy and assessment for young children and one year's experience working with children. Our diverse team is dedicated to bringing help, hope, and healing to vulnerable populations through Redeemer Health entities such as Drueding Center (transitional housing and community services for homeless families), community group homes for individuals with intellectual and development disabilities, and food pantries.
