Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Successful completion of a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training program and ability to pass forklift certification Ability to effectively read, write, and speak English Strong math and configuration skills Ability to assess situations and make sound decisions that prioritize safety and support company operations Preferred: Minimum of 6 months experience in a palletized warehouse environment Good interpersonal and communication skills PIT certification is preferred but not required at time of hire — all Distribution Operators will receive MFI-approved training and certification upon employment The pay range for this position is $19.50 to $23.50 per hour.
