Responsible for the inspection of products at various stages of production to ensure all shop floor quality checks are complete; Prepare for internal and vendor audits and ensuring all related audit paperwork is complete; Ensure all in-process inspection documentation is signed and in order and input information into the QC software; Practice root cause analysis and discuss the quality issues with the production leaders to minimize and/or resolve issues timely; Responsible to preparing and analyzing incident reports; Participates in quality related training programs; Occasionally travel to vendors and company facilities to perform in process inspections; Comply with all safety regulations; Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.
