Makes complete machine changeovers and calibrations (heads, molds, tooling, stretch-rods, blow pins, blow nozzles, etc.) without any assistance or set-up aids (Set-up Sheets, Cartridges, or Saved Programs) within specified time period. During the machine set-up process perform housekeeping duties such as keeping floor clear of debris (scraps, blobs, excess flash, preforms), cleaning machines in a safe manner in accordance with American Institute of Baking (AIB) regulations.
