This position plays a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently, developing frontline teams, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.What Does Success Look Like<ul><li>Meet daily production, quality, and safety targets for assigned work areas.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop production employees to perform work safely and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain strong employee relations through consistent policy application and coaching.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.</li><li>Monitor labor, materials, scrap, and productivity to meet cost and efficiency goals.</li><li>Identify and drive process, equipment, and standard work improvements.</li></ul>What we look forRequired<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.</li><li>At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Ability to work 12‑hour shifts, including nights and overtime as needed.</li><li>Experience using computer systems for labor, production, or inventory tracking.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience in union manufacturing environments.</li><li>Familiarity with standard work audits and continuous improvement practices.</li><li>Exposure to safety, environmental, and quality management systems.</li></ul>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; Clarios will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visas for this opportunity. What we do here: St. Joseph - Distribution Center  Our St. Joseph, Missouri distribution center charges, packages, and ships the batteries used in cars, boats, motorcycles, and heavy-duty trucks.
