Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proven maintenance experience, such as repairs associated with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems Skilled in the use of hand and power tools Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts Ability to check/read blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches Forklift, man lift and associated safety equipment experience, preferred Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices CNC equipment experiences preferred Software and program loading experience preferred Welding and metal fabrication experience preferred. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance service Electrical experience needed in 460/230 3 phase services, troubleshooting circuits, motor starters, lighting and control wiring Pneumatic understanding or manufacturing machinery and general plumbing skills highly desirable Must have experience with hydraulic pumps and piping Ability to weld with mig and stick machine Proper use of torch rig, electrical hand tools, grinders, drill motors, die grinders, porta band, and bench grinder Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
