The Assistant Property Manager performs many of the same tasks as the Property Manager—including leasing, marketing, accounting, maintenance, resident relations, and management reporting—but under the direction of the Property Manager. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
