Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will include coordinating and where appropriate delivering new employee orientation, preparing individual training plans, monitoring progress against individual training plans, assuring subject matter experts/qualified trainers are available to support on the job training, tracking and assuring required training documentation is obtained, proposing effective methods of training and performing verification and effectiveness checks in conjunction with completion of individual training plans and providing counsel and recommending enhancement to training plans and processes.
