Are you ready to shape the future with us? <ul><li>The Wahpeton, ND location is seeking a Production Operator to join our team. </li></ul>Job Description HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT By performing assigned tasks and functions in accordance with organizational instructions, established safety procedures and ISO standards. Demonstrates an understanding of the products and services throughout the production process to ensure the final product quality meets the customer's specification. <ul><li>Set up and operate all equipment according to company procedures, standards and work instructions. </li><li>Follow all processing, measuring, packaging and shipping procedures as directed. </li><li>Comply with all safety rules and regulations </li><li>Perform basic maintenance on equipment as directed </li><li>Complete all computer work and paperwork neatly and correctly as directed. </li><li>Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion </li><li>Comply with all company labor policies </li><li>Actively participate in company betterment activities </li><li>Take advantage of opportunities to develop self </li><li>Perform any other duties as assigned or required </li></ul>Qualifications WAHT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE<ul><li>Preferred G.E.D or H.S. If yes, join Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND, as a Line Operator in our extrusion manufacturing facility with our night shift teams. In this vital Line Operator position, you'll oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process, expertly managing raw materials, producing top-quality parts on our production line, and meticulously preparing finished goods for their journey to customers. Schedule Options:<ul><li>2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM</li><li>3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM</li></ul> Pay: $20.75 / hr.<ul><li>$2.00/hr. 2nd shift premium </li><li>$3.00/hr. 3rd shift premium</li></ul>relevant experience considered 

Highlights of your role:
