To assist the Head Coach in providing leadership, instruction, supervision, and support for the athletic program while promoting the educational, physical, social, emotional, and character development of student-athletes and maintaining full compliance with WVSSAC regulations, WVBE policies, county board procedures, and school expectations. Follow all district, WVSSAC, NFHS, and medical protocols regarding concussion management, heat acclimatization, sudden cardiac arrest awareness, and injury prevention.
