Use of safe workplace practices with office equipment; computers for data entry and word processing with some highly technical applications and new technology systems; avoidance of trips and falls; observance of fire, workplace and building safety regulations and all College policies. Assist with the hiring and onboarding of adjunct faculty or other designated employees by ensuring new hire paperwork is collected and complete, provide required forms to new hire and certify the I-9 form within 3 days of hire.
